Troysol™ 98C is a specialty surfactant and pigment dispersing agent developed by Arxada (formerly Troy Corporation) for waterborne and solventborne coatings, inks, and adhesives. Engineered to improve color acceptance, dispersion stability, and surface wetting, Troysol™ 98C is especially effective in high-gloss and high-performance formulations. Its unique chemical structure enhances flow, reduces surface tension, and prevents pigment flooding and floating, making it ideal for pigment-intensive systems and low-VOC applications. It performs well across a wide range of pH levels and is compatible with many resins and binders.
